Presenting CERSE’s newest graduate research assistants, Riddhi Divanji and Lucas Olson!

Riddhi is pursuing her M.Ed. in Measurement and Statistics in the College of Ed. Department of Educational Psychology. She is excited to evaluate outcomes in higher education and polish her qualitative analysis skills at CERSE. In her free time, Riddhi enjoys Bharatnatyam (Indian classical dance) and longboarding.

Lucas is a PhD candidate at the Jackson School of International Studies. They enjoy cooking and sea kayaking whenever they can. At CERSE, Lucas is eager to hone his R skills as well as work in primary research.
