Marc Alwan

Marc is an undergraduate student studying computer engineering, and intends to focus on robotics, controls, and embedded systems. At the CTRL laboratory, he’s working on novel search algorithms and integrating unique sensors with UAVs. This work is motivated by its potential advantages in autonomous search and rescue operations. He is also an administrator at the Husky Satellite Lab and is working on the magnetorquers and reaction wheels for its latest CubeSat. Outside of UW and academics, he enjoys reading, FPV drone racing, and time with friends and family.
