We need to restart one of our dawgprints servers which is eating up network resources. We expect the printing services to be offline for about 3 minutes.

If you are still experiencing problems please try a logoff and if things still aren’t back to normal, restart the computer.

We experienced another network interruption earlier that lasted long enough to disrupt our stations group policies. We have got everything up and running again. The stations should automatically refresh in half an hour or less. If after half an hour it is still broken, please restart the computer.

We are currently experiencing network issues with our servers. We are working to get them back online as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience.

UPDATE: We have restored the servers and everything should reconnect and come back online.

UW IT is upgrading the network and there will be an approximately 15 minute outage between 5:30 and 6:30 on Thursday(1/16) morning for Dawgprints.

We have had no issues with blackboard since we implemented a fix and restarted all pharos stations this morning. Everything now looks stable and we are hoping that the problem has been resolved. We will keep a close eye on things here to make sure it doesn’t crop up again.

To help relieve the connection issues with blackboard we have scheduled a restart for all pharos station at 10:35am today. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We have just rolled out a fix to the reports that some pharos stations are not automatically logging on. To apply the fix just restart the computer. If the problem persists after a restart please email uwcshelp@uw.edu

We are experiencing widespread outages that seem to last from 20 minutes to half an hour. We are currently working with hfs to find and resolve the issue. Sorry for any inconvenience.
