Print services are down. HFS has been notified and we are waiting on a solution. Hopefully services will be restored very soon.
UPDATE: All servers are now working normally. Please email the Dawg Prints Support team at uwcshelp@u.washington.edu if you continue to experience any issues.
Dawg Prints systems are currently not working do to an issue with the Husky Card system. The issue has been reported and should be repaired soon.
HFS has been notified about the issue. We hope they resolve the issue soon. Thanks for your patience.
UPDATE: We have monitored the server to make sure that there are no further issues. All services appear to be running normally again. We are attempting to investigate the root cause of the service instability to make sure that there are no further issues. If you have any problems please email Dawg Prints Support. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
UPDATE: HFS has restored Blackboard services. All systems should be working normally. If you are experiencing issues with an add value station please unplug the station to reboot it. If you continue to have problems email uwcshelp@u.washington.edu.
Currently all Husky Card transactions are offline. HFS has been notified and are working on the issue. Services should be restored soon.
We have now released Mac OSX 10.6 packages for all locations. These packages are not backwards compatible with OSX 10.5. For any questions or concerns please email Dawg Prints Support at uwcshelp@u.washington.edu.
We have received reports that the Blackboard service was interrupted briefly. Services should be operational. Please let us know of any existing problems.
