HFS is doing an emergency reboot of the BB servers. Services should only be down for a minute or two.
On site response times from Dawg Prints Support staff will be greatly reduced starting this Thursday at 100 pm because of the football game. Please continue to email uwcshelp@u.washington.edu if you have an issue and we will resolve your problem as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
UPDATE: We have tracked the issue and appear to have resolved the issue. Jobs should be appearing normally. Please contact uwcshelp@u.washington.edu if you experience further issues.
UPDATE: Issues from this afternoon were apparently caused by a large amount of traffic hitting our systems. Currently our servers are running normally and we are investigating the route cause to prevent any further problems. Thank you for your patience.
Dawg Prints services are currently unavailable. HFS is working on the issue and hope to have it resolved soon.
