We are currently seeing issues with our Libraries Print Server service. We are restarting the server and it should be up shortly.
UPDATE: The server has been restarted and all the systems should be up and running.
We just pushed out an update to our billing gateway. If you receive an error message stating your “billing gateway is not supported” please contact us right way at uwcshelp@uw.edu.
It looks like the Husky card system is currently unavailable. I’ll post an update as soon as I know more.
Update: HFS was able to resolve this issue with a server reboot.
HFS is working on their new card system. I would expect intermittent outages over the next couple of days.
We are experiencing problems with the add value staions on all campuses. We are working with Housing & Food Services and Blackboard to bring these machines online.
We have resolved the issue with the Dawg Prints Stations. Please continue to report any remaining issues.

This weekend Blackboard and HFS will be updating the Husky Card transaction system. As a result no transactions are possible with either the Husky Card or Dawg Prints card. Dawg Prints printers and copiers will be affected by this update and we expect printing and copying to be down between Sunday morning, December 20th and Monday morning, December 21st. We will update the Dawg Prints Alert site as the day progresses.
We experienced an interruption in the Dawg Prints services this morning. The servers failed to restart after a routine back-up of its files. This problem should be resolved now.
The Dawg Prints Alerts page was also down due to an unrelated issue. This has been resolved as well.
