Lais is an undergraduate pursuing a degree in Neuroscience. She is working with Ivana Bussi on the SCN1A project, studying the distribution of the Nav1.1 channel within the suprachiasmatic nucleus to deepen our understanding of the role of Nav1.1 in symptoms of Dravet Syndrome.
