Petram

At Petram we are shaping experiences by hand and celebrating craftsmanship. We aim to enhance the connections between nature and man through honesty of materials and attentive design.

Envisioned as the first of several product lines, our lighting collection consists of nine unique handmade pieces. Each element is constructed out of cast concrete and bent tubular copper that change and age over time, revealing the subtle marks of its making.

Hit The Road

Today Seattle is ranked the fifth worst city for traffic in the U.S. The City of Seattle has proposed the Move Seattle Levy, a 10-year strategic vision for transportation, which aims to face today’s challenges by delivering a high-quality transit system that will move Seattle forward. My role for this project was to research the content, analyze the data, create a specific storyline, and develop the infographics for an informational poster.

Edge Magazine

Whether it be tips for trips up to the mountains, coverage on the polar icecaps, or the evolution of snowshoes, Edge Magazine celebrates winter year-round. As the designer and editor, I conceptualized the magazine idea, researched and resourced the content for all seven articles, and fully rendered the digital publication for a tablet device.

Butchart Gardens

My role for this quarter-long project was to select a location to research in order to devise a set of nine graphic symbols for wayfinding. The goal with Butchart Gardens was to curate the campus’ most prominent sites and design a family of icons that embodies the Gardens’ organic beauty.
