The data collection tools are made available through the support of the Global Center for Integrated Health of Women, Children and Adolescents (Global WACh) and UW/Fred Hutch Center for AIDS Research (CFAR) Adolescent Health and eHealth Scientific Working Groups, and are available to the public.  Please acknowledge Global WACh and CFAR in your any publications that result from work using these tools.
