Cin Cin!
 
"Cin cin" was a popular phrase used in our Italian course this quarter and at dinner parties everywhere. Of Chinese origin, the phrase is commonly used before toasting glasses, much like "Cheers" is used in English.

Throughout staying in Rome, eating great food, and enjoying the company of our classmates both in Sabrina's cooking lessons and our small group excursions, we definitely had reason enough to toast with this cheer.
