Nutella souvenir glasses
200 gram cups of Nutella make perfect souvenirs - as a reward for finishing the jar (...hah, as if you needed one), you get your own glass cup.

Since coming to Rome and being served Nutella with breakfast by the lovely Sabrina the very first day, I have developed a great love affair with Nutella. Nutella was invented by Pietro Ferrero in the 1940's (during WWII) as a cheap alternative to chocolate. Now, Mr. Ferrero is a very rich man, as more Nutella is sold throughout the world than peanut butter. I myself have consumed thousands of calories of the stuff since arriving in Italy, accumulating numerous souvenir Nutella glasses in the process. Yes, it exists in the states (you can buy it at Costco), but it's just not as rich and creamy (my theory is that because Italians are in constant need of Nutella re-supply, it's fresher. or maybe it's just because I'm in Italy, where everything tastes better). Nonetheless, Rome would not have been the same without it.
