This place is famous. Full of tourists. Full of people who do not live here. This place is too hot; its full of heat I dont want to experience. Perhaps its just a repetition of memory, remembering the volcanoes and ghost shaped coffins. Nothing is beautiful without water. You see a grand house missing fountains, the dinner tables and chairs. The moments of the past are like haunted homes. They carry an image that can be painted in. But no people, no water (but the artificially placed), no color. But nonetheless. The everyday seeks it for beauty.
Cheap postcards. Men with flowers. Old Chinese ladies holding paint brushes. People who believe in fanny packs. Rainbow fanny packs. Large expensive cameras set on automatic. Small digital cameras always set on over exposure. Pick pocketers claiming normality. Bright pink umbrellas above heads of Asian girls. Lovely couples and lovely girls wandering. Waiting to see another open corner.
