Melissa Mugambi, MD, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Global Health at the University of Washington. Prior to this appointment, she served as a Program Officer and Fellow on the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s Diagnostics Team. Her current research and practice interests focus on designing service delivery models to optimize access to health technologies in antenatal care programs and fostering local health product development efforts through entrepreneurship and training.
