Can I convert and digitalize my DVD, CD, VHS, Vinyl Record, Cassette tape, Reel-to-Reel?

The LLC is able to convert and digitalize most multimedia for use in the classroom for language learning. See the link below for more information.

What kinds of projects will the LLC support? How do I know if they can help my project?

The LLC can support a variety of projects related to language learning at the University of Washington as well as the greater Washington state community. In the past we have supported language projects through web development, film and audio recording and editing, photography, etc. . . I want to create orginal audio or video for language learning. Can the LLC help with this project?

Yes. The LLC has a recording studio and is equipped with professional lighting, audio and film equipment for the creation of open source language learning materials. If you are interested in using our studio or want to learn more please contact the LLC staff assistants at the link below.
