I’ve been studying French since I was ten years old, and I’ve lived in France for two years and in Quebec for four. I graduated high school with a Certificate of Bilinguality with Honours (from the French Immersion program), and I was a Foreign Legal Gazettes Intern with the Library of Congress working on creating metadata for Haitian Legal Gazettes. I can help with teaching the basics (ie. pronunciation, grammar, conjugation, etc.), as well as with more advanced writing and reading work.

In my teaching practice, I prefer to use Mandarin as much as possible, even with beginners, by employing simple vocabulary to promote comprehension and build confidence.
