Exporting/importing modifiable items, pre-Version 2.5

If you are upgrading from version prior to Version 2.5, you will need to follow this procedures to account for changes in the program's structure and data files.

To move central modifiable lists into a new version (pre-Version 2.5)

Follow the steps to export lists from the administrator menu bar (see Export Lists menu item).
Follow the procedures to install your new version of Otobase (see Chapter 1, "Getting Started," in the Otobase User Guide).
Follow the steps to import lists from the administrator menu bar (see Importing lists).
