"All Subject" Privileges button

This button on the Provider Information form is only accessible to a subadministrator or the administrator. This gives a provider the privilege to view the record of every subject in the database. The button's text displays the status of this privilege. If granted this privilege, a provider can choose to use it through the Subject List Criteria form Setting Subject List criteria.
