Send Your Images to UW Medicine

UW Medicine now offers patients and healthcare providers a safe and secure way to send medical imaging records using LifeImage. LifeImage is a HIPAA compliant service. If you have Medical Images and want to share them with UW Medicine, please click below.

Connect with us to share exams on the Life Image Network

1. Go to our Request a Connection page.
2. Click on the “Request a Connection” button.
3. Fill out the form to request permission to upload your imaging exams and click on the “Send Request” button when done. This will send the request to our department and send you an email confirmation.
4. You will receive a welcome email containing an access code and link to get started.
5. Click on the link and enter your access code when prompted.
6. Put your CD into your CD/DVD drive (Or insert USB drive) and follow the instructions to upload your medical images.
