Important Information about the RIS 6.0 Upgrade

Radiology IT will be performing a RIS upgrade on the morning of November 17th starting at 9AM. The upgrade is scheduled to last 4-5 hours. During the upgrade, the RIS will be unavailable. In preparation for the downtime, please review the information below so that you know what to expect.

During the Upgrade

After the Upgrade

In order for RIS to work properly after the upgrade, you are required to delete your cookies and then reset your RIS preferences. Instructions are below.

1. Delete your Cookies in Internet Explorer
2. Set RIS Preferences
