Proposal abstracts should be submitted by the online form and in an Adobe PDF or Word file by January 10, 2025 with the following required information:

  2. Project Type (applied research vs advanced research):
  3. PIs, their affiliations, and contacts:
  4. Research thrust(s) as listed in this RFP.
  5. Specific research priority area(s) as listed in this RFP.
  6. Possible/likely match funds provider(s):
  7. Explanation of the regional importance and national significance of the proposal (300 words maximum).
  8. Proposal abstract (350 words maximum).
