Yinhai Wang Dr. Wang is a professor in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Washington. He serves as director for the Pacific Northwest Transportation Consortium (PacTrans), USDOT University Transportation Center for Federal Region 10.

This project will create best-practice recommendations for collecting bicycle and pedestrian count data that state DOTs and their community partners can use when deciding where to locate permanent counters or how to spatially distribute volunteer manual counters.
