What is the most difficult aspect about the PKU diet?
Complete the Worksheet:
Distribute the worksheet to the participants.
Explain: "Following your PKU food pattern can sometimes be difficult. There are so many things to learn and remember. Today we're going to do a few practice exercises to help make following the food pattern a little easier. If you know how much phe you are eating, it makes things much easier."
