The Health Equity Circle (HEC) is an interdisciplinary organization of UW health professional students focused on creating health equity. Throughout the month of October, we are hosting screenings of the documentary series, Unnatural Causes. Unnatural Causes is an incredible documentary series that explores racial and socioeconomic disparities in health. We would like to invite any undergraduates interested in the issue of health disparities to attend.
This Monday we’ll watch the segment, “When the Bough Breaks and Becoming American.”
There will be light snacks and discussion to follow.
