Undergraduate Research Program Info. Sessions & Advising

URP Information Sessions address how the Undergraduate Research Program can help the student pursue her/his research interests.

Primarily for undergraduates who have yet to begin research, the sessions provide research resources, information on funding, and suggestions for approaching faculty. Additionally, the sessions are highly student-driven, with an emphasis on student questions and concerns. Students interested in attending the UW, including community college transfer students, are welcome to the sessions.

Wednesday, October 19 – 3:30-4:30pm, Odegaard Undergraduate Library 220 Monday, October 24 – 3:30-4:30pm, Odegaard Undergraduate Library 220 Thursday, November 10 – 2:30-3:30pm, Odegaard Undergraduate Library 220

Once you’ve attended an information session, please come in and speak with an advisor during our Autumn Quarter Drop-In Advising Hours,

Tuesdays 10:30am -12:30pm or Thursdays, 2 – 4pm in 171 MGH. If these times do not work for you, please send us available dates and times for the following week and we can work on setting up an appointment.
