Dear Pre-med students,
I am a board member at the UW Students in the Community, and we are looking for a Website Coordinator for the 2011-2012 school year. The Website Coordinator will help facilitate a series of improvements to make the website easier to use, and make it more seamless for individuals who volunteer with both SITC and Al Shifa to navigate between the two groups’ sites and information systems.
The new Website Coordinator will take primary responsibility for the maintenance and continued improvement of the site by the September 2011. A priority in 2011 will be ensuring easy navigation between the SITC website and the School of Medicine Service Toolkit (and the websites of other schools/programs whose students participate in SITC.)
A highly motivated individual could take on both the Website Coordinator and the Database and IT Coordinator roles. The job descriptions are pasted below. If you are interested in joining the SITC Leadership Board, please send a resume/CV to ysshin@uw.edu.
