Hey AMSA members and prehealth students:
UW AMSA is holding their first meeting of Spring Quarter this Wednesday, March 30 at 5:30 in Smith 107. We will be having two UW grads who were recently accepted into medical school come share their experiences of applying and answer our questions about the application process. So come join us this Wednesday and make sure to bring plenty of questions!
After the AMSA meeting, Dr. Susan Scanlan will speak about Podiatric Medicine, so feel free to stick around for the information session if you are interested. Pizza will be provided for the 6:30pm meeting.

Dr. Susan Scanlan is the Executive Director of the Washington State Po! diatric Medical Association. She will speak about the profession of podiatry, podiatric medical school information, the application process, and job outlook. Dr. Scanlan will be accompanied by a resident who will add insight to the conversation. In addition, these professionals will come prepared with shadowing opportunities for interested students. This is not an event you want to miss!
