SMDEP Workshop! TOMORROW 6-8 PM

Hello all!

Summer Medical and Dental Education Program (SMDEP) is a FREE (full tuition, housing, and meals) six-week summer academic enrichment program for current Freshman or Sophomores that offers intensive and personalized medical and dental school preparation.

MAPS UW & MAPS SPU have partnered to bring you an amazing workshop that will consist of an introduction to SMDEP from the UW SMDEP director, Pam Racansky, a panel of students who have done SMDEP at various sites throughout the country, and a help session where people will be available to answer specific questions about your application or site specific questions.

When: Monday November 19th (tomorrow), 6-8 PM Where: SPU Otto Miller Hall room 127

Are you interesting in applying to SMDEP? Are you already in the process? If so, you do not want to miss this great opportunity!!

If you are coming from UW the easiest way to get there would be to take the bus. Meet up on NE Campus Parkway & 12th Ave NE at 5:00 to take the 5:15 bus #31 going toward “Fremont”. You will pass 16 stops & ride for about 17 minutes and get off on W Nickerson St & 3rd Ave W. After getting off the bus you will walk toward SPU (3307 3rd Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119) & look for Otto Miller Hall. Students will be there to help you find the room. Looking forward to a great workshop!!!
