Hi all, Just a reminder that participant applications for Healthcare Alternative Spring Break 2013 are due Sunday, December 30th, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. The application can be found on our website, at www.hcasb.org, or here: HCASB 2013 Participant Application. Scholarship applications are also available on our website. Healthcare Alternative Spring Break (HCASB) is a student-led organization at the UW that offers shadowing opportunities in rural areas throughout Washington state, in pre-health fields such as medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, nursing, optometry, and physical therapy. Through our one-week immersion program, we seek to expose the next generation of healthcare professionals to the hardships and rewards of rural medicine.
