Typical topics at group > sessions include, but are not limited to: health & fitness; > maintaining participation in everyday activities; learning and > using compensatory strategies; and acquiring or financing > medical/rehab/legal services. The group is also affiliated with > the Stroke and Head Injury Caregiver Support Group, a closed group > for stroke survivors’ loved ones to receive emotional support. > > *MEETING DETAILS*: The group runs from September to June and meets > every third Saturday from 2-4pm in the TCU Auditorium at Northwest > Hospital (by Northgate Mall).
