UW Child Oral Relief Education: First General Meeting

Are you a Pre-Health or Pre-Dental student interested in volunteering and helping out kids in rural communites throughout Washington state and third world countries abroad? Then this club is for you! CORE, which stands for Child Oral Relief Education, is a dental club at UW established just last year with the purpose of educating kids in rural areas and underserved communities about the importance of dental hygiene. One of our main goals is to raise money to build dental relief packets, with necessities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, and informational cards, and hand them out to kids throughout the community. Come find out more about our club and the various volunteer opportunities we have to offer at our FIRST GENERAL MEETING of the year: this Wednesday, October 9th at 7PM in Savery Hall, Rm 155. You will get the chance to meet our officers and connect with fellow Pre-Health and Pre-Dental students, PLUS free pizza will be provided! So mark your calendars and don’t miss out! We look forward to seeing you there! –UW CORE https://www.facebook.com/uwcore
