Join the National Chemistry Honorary Society at UW by May 1st!

We are the Phi Lambda Upsilon-Epsilon Chapter (PLU), the UW affiliate of the National Chemistry Honorary Society. For those who love chemistry or biochemistry, we invite you to be part of this prestigious honor society dedicated to the promotion of high scholarship and original investigation in all branches of pure and applied chemistry with a history of 111 years.

To qualify for PLU membership the applicant needs to take the introductory chemistry series (142, 152, 162, or a comparable equivalent), maintain an average 3.0 grade point average in chemistry courses, declare a major in chemistry and/or biochemistry, and maintain an overall GPA of 3.0.
