Cultivating Access: Food and Health
Join us for an evening of discussion surrounding the topic of relationships between food, access, and health.
WHAT: Short screening of film The Garden followed by a panel discussion

Speakers from: Slow Food USA, Food Not Bombs, City Fruit, and the Seattle Public Schools Nutrition Services Department
We will examine how the the access to nutritious food and how the unequal availability and accessibility caters to unequal health. The panel members from diverse backgrounds and fields will discuss root causes of health injustice and ways to promote social justice.
