#TenOne Medicare for All National Day of Action
Thursday, October 1, 8pm to 9pm, Red Square at UW
We will be joining Students for a National Health Program chapters around the country with this event. From 8pm to 9pm, we will be holding a candlelight vigil in Red Square in recognition of the millions of people in this country who do not have access to healthcare. We will be focusing on individual stories, giving people a chance to share their own experiences and struggles with the current healthcare system, as a patient, family member, friend, or healthcare provider. We welcome you to come share a story if you have one, or hold a candle in recognition of those impacted by a system which leaves so many people out.
