UW School of Dentistry Americorps Position

The UW School of Dentistry, Office of Educational Partnerships and Diversity are looking for 3 AmeriCorps members for the 2017-2018 service term.

Are you a graduating college senior? Do you have a passion for pipeline programs, community outreach, and healthcare? Looking for a gap year opportunity? If so, we encourage you to apply!

The service mission carried by the Access to Care project is to improve the oral health and well-being of people within the local community and region through outreach programs that are especially attentive to minority and underserved populations. Serving as an AmeriCorps member, the AmeriCorps team will provide oral health instruction in addition to supporting and promoting the work of students, faculty and staff of the dental school in reducing oral health inequities in underserved communities.
