During the month of May, Shoreline CC offers two workshop series to help you learn critical information about preparing for Health Professional Schools. They are hosted by Shoreline’s Post Baccalaureate Studies for the Health Professions and open to everyone.
The first series is Explore Health Careers:
- Options in Nursing: Multiple Paths to RN – May 2 at 12:30
- Osteopathic Medicine – May 8 at 4:00
- Naturopathic Medicine, and Nutrition – May 24 at 4:00
- Physician Assistant – May 30 at 3:00
You are also welcome to attend the “Applying” sequence, even if you will not apply for several years. These are on four Tuesdays, May 2-23, from 4:00 to 5:30pm.
The fourth session, Paying, will be presented by Diane Noecker, Director of UW School of Medicine Financial Aid. She will talk about funding options for other health professions also, not limited to MD.
