Hielen Enyew

HI!! This is Hielen, I am currently entering my junior year. Even though I lived in Seattle for most of my life, I was born and raised in Ethiopia. I have always had an interest in space and space science, But, I actually came to UW to pursue Business Administration. Sooner than later I took an astronomy class and was wondering why I hadn’t jumped on that train sooner. I intend to major in Astronomy and Physics. And in the future, I would like to study the beginning, current state, and future of our universe. In my free time, I like to hike, read books, and nurture plants (So far I have managed to keep 5 indoor plants happy and healthy for the past year. Which I’m super excited about). I’m also excited to see and learn from Pre MAP as well!!
