SDB Screens

This screen is used to track changes to SRF335 (the degree screen). It lists most recent changes last.

QTR; ST; N; O; V; Y MAJORS: When a student's data is first entered on 335 the following information is displayed here: quarter; status, branch, college, degree level and type and major.

GPA; UW; TRANS; EXT; TOTAL: If the degree is granted (status 9) the cumulative UW GPA, UW credits earned, transfer and extension credits are listed in order.

DATE: date transaction was made on 335 .

USERID: displays userid of who made the transaction.

ACTION: lists the change that was made (i.e. ADD=information first entered on 335 ; CHG= a change in status and/or quarter on 335 ).
