TOTAL CERTIFICATES: Identifies the total number of certificates or awards student has earned.
ACTION: (A=add) used to post a certificate; (C=change) used to change information about the certificate; and (D=delete) used to delete a certificate.
DATE: Date certificate was awarded. For certificates the quarterly degree date is posted. This field can be empty. If empty, nothing prints out on the transcript.
