You will be learning new ways to help your child towards the goal of getting healthier sleep as you work your way through the SIPA program. Sleep is not an off/off switch. Instead, it is more like a dimmer switch and there are several stops along the way to sleep and back to wakefulness in the morning.  You’ll be following the “Path to Sleep and Wake” each night. Each week of this program you will learn new skills or techniques to help you navigate the path.
