This 70 year old female underwent emergency sigmoid resection and colostomy (Hartmann's procedure) for acute diverticulitis. After 24 hours the nurse reports that urine output is 10cc/hour for the last 2 hours. In the previous 8 hours, the urine output was 210 cc.
