A 35 year old Asian male, recently emigrated to the USA, presents with a 3 month history of weakness, weight loss (unintentional) of 15 pounds, and vague discomfort in the upper abdomen. On physical exam, the liver was found to be enlarged and non-tender. There were no other findings.
