A 65 year old woman presents with weight loss of 20 pounds and anorexia for three months. This was associated with dull pain in the right upper quadrant. She states that she had a colon cancer removed 2 years ago but did not go back to the doctor as she was doing well. On exam there is mild hepatomegaly with nodularity.
