Hypovolemic shock: cold, clammy hypotension and tachycardia related to blood loss with reflex vasoconstriction.
Neurogenic shock: warm, flushed hypotension with normal heart rate or bradycardia related to blood pooling in legs and loss of cardiac autonomic reflex.
