TRAUMA 
Case #1 - A 34 year old shot in the L upper chest

 
CLINICAL CASE:
A 34 year old male was brought to the ER following a low velocity gunshot wound to the left upper chest. The patient's initial vital signs were BP 95/60, P 54, RR 30/min. O2 saturation was 97% on room air. On primary survey he had a sucking chest wound.
