6.) What diagnostic tests need to be done immediately?

Cervical spine films (AP and lateral) to include C1 to rule out fracture.
Chest X-ray: to identify rib fractures, pneumothorax, hemothorax, and contusion
Ultrasound abdomen (FAST) to see if significant blood is in peritoneal cavity
If no blood is noted at the urethral meatus, a Foley catheter is placed. If gross or microscopic hematuria is present, a cystogram is indicated.
Rectal exam and possible proctoscopy
CT scan of head
CT scan of abdomen and pelvis with IV contrast and CT cystogram if also indicated.
