2.) What is the differential diagnosis based on the history?

Differential diagnosis: reflux disease, hiatal hernia (sliding or paraesophageal), myocardial ischemia, achalasia, diffuse esophageal spasm, pyloric stenosis, esophageal carcinoma, cholelithiasis, gastritis, peptic ulcer disease.
