Treatment for Helicobacter pylori infection:
- Bismuth + metronidazole or tetracycline or amoxicillin for 2 weeks OR
- Omeprazole (20 mg bid) + amoxicillin (1 gram bid) for 2 weeks - may add Metronidazole OR
- Omeprazole + Clarithromycin (500 mg bid) + amoxicillin (1 gram bid) for 10 days
