Skin changes in Crohn's disease

Erythema nodosum  
Pyoderma gangrenosum  
Apthae  
Detail:
Erythema Nodusum
-tender, erythematous nodules over bilateral shins
-may be associated with fever, arthralgias, malaise

Pyoderma Gangrenosum
-ulcers with violeceous, undermined border
-often precipitated by trauma (pathergy)
-respond to immunosupressives (r/o infection)

Apthous ulcers
-intractable ulcers may be the presenting sign of IBD
