Case #3 - A 27 year old with months of RLQ pain

 
CLINICAL CASE:
A 27 year old female presents with right lower quadrant pain for several months. It is intermittent in nature but has become more frequent and intense. She describes the pain as crampy and often accompanied by nausea. Sometimes it occurs after meals. She is otherwise healthy. Her review of systems is positive for occasional diarrhea, weight loss of 15 pounds, fatigue, and malaise.
