9.) What is the treatment for single duct discharge?
Subareolar duct excision is indicated for bloody single duct discharge. After localization of lesion with ductogram or after injecting methylene blue into the duct, excision of the duct flush with the nipple dermis for a distance of 3 cm or at least 1 cm beyond the depth indicated by ductogram.
